I have completed a course, but it still shows as incomplete.
It is important that you view the entire course from the beginning to the end. Even if you have previously taken a course and are familiar with the final three slides, if you close without viewing these slides, the course will again show the status as "Incomplete". Incomplete courses are indicated by a blue checkmark, while complete courses are indicated by a green checkmark.

In addition, when you access your course, the green progress bar is not an indicator of course completion but of completing each unit in the course (course overview, online course, course assessment, course feedback, and reference materials).

To obtain your course completion and certificate of completion, you only need to complete the “online course”. To print your certificate please go to the “my courses” section from your homepage.

Lastly, please do not let your computer screen time out. If your computer screen time's out due to inactivity in the middle of taking a course, the course will show as "Incomplete."
